Italian architect, writer and university lecturer. His creations include numerous pieces of holy architecture and various designs for residential areas, theatres and public buildings. Mention should of course go to the Mosque and Islamic Cultural Centre in Rome, while works outside of Italy include the Jordanian Royal Court in Amman, restoration of the Italian Embassy in Berlin and the Central American Parliament building in Esquipulas, Guatemala. He has also worked in the historiographical research for the field, as well as being an art critic.
