Architect and lecturer in Architectural Design at the Faculty of Architecture of the University of Genoa, editor in chief of international architecture review, Area, in 1988, he founded the firm Archea Associati, with which he carries out industrial design and architectural design and research projects. Together with Paolo Portoghesi, he co-edits the publication Materia and is chief and scientific editor of the architectural sector of Federico Motta Editore.
